- Cut off flowers that already bloomed
- Water if there’s a dry spell.
- Leave the greenery until it starts to brown, after the bulbs like daffodils finished blooming, then gently dig up the bulbs and plant in the garden for it to bloom again next spring.
- When summer longer-blooming annuals become available, plant them instead of spent early bloomers.
